Corona Virus Update — Company Hotline for COVID 19 is 877 342 3908

Exposure Update – Today we are also reporting no additional new cases. The employee who we learned about late yesterday from Sunnyvale has since been cleared and is not infected. An employee that works in B/153 has since been cleared and shall return to work on Monday.

Blood Drive – Communication about an on-site blood drive will be coming out shortly, due to the current pandemic there is a great need for donated blood.

$500.00 awards – are still on schedule for May 1st, 2020. Recipients received an email notice on Friday and can check their direct deposit. Let us know if you had not received this award and we will address it with the company.

Thermometers – strip type reusable thermometers will be sent to LM space employees to self-check prior to work. If you have a 100.4-degree temperature or higher, stay home and call the hotline.

Masks -The company has mailed masks to LM space employees. Check your mailboxes. Let us know if you have not received yours by early next week. Your official address of record is where they will be sent; Check/Update your address of record. Your Union masks are on order and will be coming soon – see the example below. Wear a mask and be safe.

Misting – Misting in Palo Alto and SCF shall take place this weekend; signs will be posted/ emails will be sent when the misting is to be performed. – Please clear your desks of personal items or drinking cups prior to your area being serviced. This misting is precautionary and not reactive.

Hand Sanitizers at SCF, hand sanitizer stations are showing up in some of the buildings, if you need one, contact facilities. Facilities should also be contacted if refills are needed.

Remember the following:
If you feel sick, stay home and call the hotline number above
Social distancing – keep at least 6 feet between you and others when possible including lunch & breaks
Wash your hands frequently for at least 20 seconds
Try not to touch your face or your eyes
For those who are not sick and don’t feel comfortable at work, discuss this with your manager and take time off – using Unpaid, Paid Absence Leave or Vacation, if approved.

The process for those who don’t feel well is to call the Hotline and discuss how you feel. If you are directed to self-quarantine, a notice will be sent to your manager and your labor relations business partner.
