ATTENTION SALARY FOLKS: KEEP YOUR HANDS OFF OUR  WORK !!! 
The Union Hall has received more reports that salary employees are blatantly doing touch labor hourly work and other hourly functions.  If you like the work so much, ask for a transfer back to hourly, join the Union and start paying dues again.

 

TO MAKE IT EASIER TO DISTINGUISH  HOURLY REPRESENTED FROM SALARY EMPLOYEES WISHING TO PERFORM BARGAINING UNIT WORK IN DEFIANCE OF THE CONTRACT, WE HAVE DEVELOPED THE "UNION MEMBER" BADGE SEEN IN THE RIGHT COLUMN. IT IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. ANYONE SEEN PERFORMING BARGAINING UNIT WORK NOT WEARING THE BADGE MIGHT BE SALARY AND IN NEED OF A GRIEVANCE TO CEASE AND DESIST.

THESE ARE BEING DISBURSED TO THE MEMBERSHIP ON AN ONGOING BASIS. ASK YOUR SHOP STEWARD FOR DETAILS
