MACHINISTS UNION ON STRIKE!
AGAINST LOCKHEED MARTIN FT. WORTH
Our IAM Brothers and Sisters at District 776 Ft. Worth, Texas voted overwhelmingly to reject the contract and to strike! The strike at Ft. Worth begins at 12:01 AM Monday, April 23, 2012.
WARN ACT NOTIFICATION
The Company has notified the Union that there will be layoffs in Sunnyvale. The Company anticipates these layoffs to be completed by June 15, 2012 or within 10 days thereafter. These layoffs are expected to be permanent. These are the affected positions:
